Farmfoods originated in the city of Aberdeen in 1955 and have become specialists in the handling and distribution of frozen food. Now one of the most successful privately owned business in the UK, Farmfoods have around 300 shops throughout Britain.

In the spring of 2009, Pride were invited to work with Farmfoods in pulling together work schedules for planned maintenance works, aimed at bringing some of the older stores in their estate into line with Farmfoods latest store design guidelines. Another primary aim of the programme was to try, where possible, to rationalise, simplify and improve the flow of the sales and storage areas.

Following successful completion of the first store in Kirkintilloch, Pride have since completed further projects and hope to be involved in the larger programme of projects planned for 2011 and beyond.
