Dobbies Eco-Living Centre
Peterborough
Pride are delighted to have been involved with the
implementation of the UK's first Eco-Living Centre for Dobbies Garden World in
Peterborough, where customers can reduce their carbon footprint through simple changes to their own home, garden or lifestyle.
The new Eco-Living Centre includes ranges to help consumers consider greener and more responsible products.
From small steps such as setting up vertical gardens and taking up beekeeping; to more extensive solutions such
as solar energy panels, air-source heat pumps and home insulation.
As part of creating the new department, Dobbies has partnered with EDF Energy to advise customers of the long-term
solutions in helping with energy generation and control in the home. To bring these ideas to life, Pride fitted out the Eco-living
Centre featuring a display house to help inspire customers on how to make their own home more sustainable.

The Fife-based company, SM Bayne & Co Ltd

We're Moving
Earlier this month, Pride picked up the keys to our new 9,500 square
foot warehouse and office facility. Although not fully moved in yet, we plan to have our new offices
built up and kitted out in the New Year.
Over the past few weeks, the new facility has accommodated
the equivalent of six, 40 foot containers of shopfitting fixtures and equipment, ready for
shipping to Dubai; this to fulfil a large order for international delivery to the United Arab Emirates state, to furnish a brand new
department store, over 2 floors, and is due to open November 2011.
